JAIME HUNTER

Managing Partner | Creative Director

Jaime’s passion for interior design began at just 13 years old, when her first bedroom redesign—with bold gallons of black, red, and white paint—sparked a lifelong love of transforming spaces. She went on to study interior design in high school and college and has built years of hands-on experience in residential design, including new construction and spec homes, kitchen and bath remodels, home staging, and complete home furnishings.

Her approach to design is deeply personal and client-centered. Rather than creating spaces that follow a formula or reflect her own style, Jaime believes a home should feel distinctly like the people who live there. She loves blending new elements with meaningful furniture, artwork, and pieces clients already own to create spaces that are beautiful, comfortable, and full of personality.

After living in Louisiana, California, and Utah, Jaime and her family made North Carolina home, where she draws inspiration from the relaxed beauty of coastal living. For Jaime, great design isn’t about creating a perfect show house—it’s about creating a home you’re proud of, comfortable in, and genuinely happy to come home to.

Managing Partner | Strategy & Ops

As a Managing Partner of Anchor & Ash Home Design, Rebecca brings a strategic, business-minded perspective to how every project is executed. With a background spanning executive leadership roles in business strategy, operations, and project management, she helps ensure that each client experience is thoughtfully planned, well organized, and seamlessly executed from concept through completion.

Rebecca brings more than 20 years of personal experience in real estate investing, giving her a practical understanding of how thoughtful design decisions can enhance both the appeal and value of a property. As the owner of two vacation rental properties in Brunswick County, she understands firsthand the unique considerations that come with designing and furnishing homes that create memorable guest experiences while balancing style, durability, functionality, and investment goals.

At Anchor & Ash, Rebecca combines her business and real estate experience with a passion for creating a highly organized, collaborative experience for clients, allowing the creative vision to come to life while keeping every project moving forward.
